1. Standard Appointments (Mobile Notary, Ink Fingerprinting)

• Free cancellation/rescheduling with 24 hours' notice.

• Late cancellations (<24h) incur a $50 fee or forfeit deposit-whichever is greater.

• No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled fee.

2. Live Scan Fingerprinting & Remote Online Notarization (RON)

• Cancel or reschedule with 48 hours' notice due to third-party logistics.

• Late changes incur a $75 fee.

• No-shows are billed 100% of the scheduled fee.

3. Wedding Officiant Services

• Cancel or reschedule with 72 hours' notice.

• Late cancellations incur 50% of officiant fee; no-shows billed 100%.

• Legal compliance: officiant must verify marriage license per Florida statutes §§ 741.041 & 741.08.

4. Third-Party Partners

• If service involves third-party vendors (live scan, fingerprinting), their separate cancellation policies also apply.

5. Refund Process

• Refunds (minus fees) processed within 7 business days post-cancellation.

• Exception: cancellations under "Force Majeure" (e.g., weather, emergencies) may waive fees at management's discretion.

6. Governing Law

• This policy is governed by Florida law, aligning with professional notary standards and marriage license requirements.
